Preparation
Deep Fry/Shallow Fry: Preheat the Oil in Kadhai /Wok on medium heat at 175°C. The oil should not give smoke. Take the frozen Puffets from the freezer and fry directly for 5 minutes. Stir occasially. Remove from the Kadhai and serve hot
Air Fry: Preheat the Air Fryer at 200°C . Brush the pockets with oil / butter on all sides. Place single layer of 4-5 pieces of Puffets in the baking tray. Air-fry for 5 minutes, flip once done and again bake for 5 minutes. Remove from the Air Fryer and serve hot
